Cold-called this florist from Massachusetts to order flowers for a funeral in Texas, and they were wonderful! Landry in particular was very kind and helpful, guiding me through a process I had never done before. The arrangement was beautiful and much appreciated by our relatives. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

I’ve always been so very pleased with your arrangements.. and this one was definitely beautiful… I was expecting a little more for 130.00. I realize that the flowers themselves were only 99.00.. but there were a lot of carnations and greenery. Again… I’ve always been extremely happy in the past… just a little disappointed this time.. and maybe it’s my fault as to what I ordered. Hope y’all have a Happy New Year!!

While other florists haven’t always met this standard, I didn’t hesitate to pay a $40 delivery fee to have an important and special order sent to Richardson. Best Decision Ever! The owner’s dedication to quality and exceptional service shines through in every stunning arrangement, which always exceeds expectations. With a broken heart I write this comment but it's with so much joy that I share my experience at the professional service I received when making contact with the owner of Posey Party. My husband passed unexpectedly Christmas Eve 2022. The day before his service I needed to order boutonniers. I called Posey Party after calling 3 other businesses that advertised they opened early to find no one answered the phone. The patience, advice on the type of boutonniere to the care of the boutonniers were just a fraction of the love and support that was given at Posey Party. Thank you so much!

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered my arrangement long-distance and was unable to get a picture I wanted included sent via mail in time. This was hard to accept because I could not attend my brother's memorial service.
This florist was so kind and printed out the picture and framed it without charging me for this added effort and material.
So although I was not in town, my flowers and a special picture of me and my brother made it, thanks to this florist.
A big thank you for taking out a lot of the stress on that important day.

Too many lilies, large and yellow. When they opened they overwhelmed the lovely pinks and reds of the starter arrangement. I had to remove them. Also lilies are toxic to cats so I would prefer that you stop using them in any future arrangements for me. I have not had any problems with past arrangements, other than my concern about lilies.

But I will definitely keep that in mind and make the appropriate substitutions. Flowers were delivered promptly. The case was different from the picture on the website. Some of the flowers seemed a bit wilted. The others were gorgeous and colorful. Balloons were perfectly coordinated with the flowers. Short notice order and they did it. Thank you.
